Wright Sherburne Pride Festival - ERLC Table!
Join Us at the Pride Festival!
Elk River Lutheran is excited to show love and support for our LGBTQIA+ neighbors in Wright and Sherburne Counties by hosting a table at the upcoming Pride Festival. We'll be handing out fun swag and sharing a message of welcome and affirmation with all who attend.
We’re looking for friendly volunteers to help set up, greet festivalgoers at our table, and assist with clean-up at the end. Whether you're great at starting conversations or just want to be a smiling presence, we’d love to have you be part of this meaningful outreach. Come help us share the inclusive love of Jesus with joy and warmth!

RIC (Reconciling in Christ) Celebration Sunday

Next RIC Sunday: February 2, 2025 - 8:30am and 10:30am Worship Services

Each year, the first Sunday in February at ERLC is designated as RIC (Reconciling in Christ) Celebration Sunday. In 2025 we are fortunate to have Ring OUT! - Twin Cities LGBTQIA+ Handbell Ensemble to both of our RIC Celebration services. . 

Reconciling in Christ (RIC) Sunday is an annual worship celebration created to share in the commitment our organization and partnering faith communities have in the ongoing work of welcome, inclusion, celebration, and advocacy for LGBTQIA+ people in the life of the church.

While historically this day is celebrated on the final Sunday in January, many RIC partners will celebrate on their date of affirmation, or on other days meaningful to their communities rooted in this commitment to radical hospitality.

Elk River Lutheran will be joined collectively with  1,140+ RIC partners across the United States and Canada through this celebratory service.
